We are proud of our great team - Many have been with us for 20 years or more. All of our waitstaff are certified in CPR as well as operating our in-house defibrillator. All of our cooks are "Serv Safe" certified. Serv Safe is a lengthy and difficult course involving  testing on delivery, storage, prep and serving. We are proud of our clean kitchen and always get top grades from State Health Inspections.
